Love’s In The Hair Extension Studio is a fast-growing extension-only salon where you can find award-winning experienced extension experts.
Our Love’s In The Hair team is looking for the newest Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is energetic and has exceptional customer service skills, as well as, effective communications skills. Customer satisfaction is our company’s number one focus.
Job Type / Category
- Open and close salon
- Available evenings and some weekends, as required
- Greet clients promptly and notifying stylist
- Front desk operations – including but not limited to: answering telephone, scheduling appointments (probing clients for appropriate bookings), answering emails, reminder phone calls
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Recording inventory and product sales
- Shipping online orders
- Updating social media platforms
- Daily salon upkeep and cleaning so all salon operations move smoothly
- Data entry
- Client retention
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years salon experience (an asset)
- Tech savvy (proficient in Mac systems)
- Sales experience
- Phone etiquette
- Customer service skills
- Multitasking skills
- Detail oriented/ well organized
- Excellent time management
- Strong team player
- Must love dogs
